Awareness of your (gut) health
You can only change something once you know what is going on. I help you understand what your gut and your biochemistry are telling you. From then on, you make choices based on insight.
My mission is helping you return to a body and a mind that feel light, strong and full of energy. As founder of Feeling Gut and orthomolecular therapist, I combine nutrition, lifestyle and biochemistry to restore the foundation. Because once the foundation is right, you feel it everywhere.
I know life in top gear, because I am right in the middle of it myself. Alongside Feeling Gut I work in international business: scaling, performing, switching. So I know from my own experience what it is like when your calendar is fuller than your battery, and how long you can ignore that. Until your body forces you to listen.
I have lived in several countries, including two years as an expat in Ireland with my husband, and saw how differently cultures look at health. From home, born in Kabul, I was given the Eastern view: nutrition, rest and balance not as a side issue, but as the start of everything. In the West I added the science: measuring, substantiating, proving.
Feeling Gut is where those two worlds come together. I substantiate with lab testing, because I want to know instead of guess. And I look at you as a whole person, because a body has no loose parts. Do you come from that busy life yourself? Then you don't have to explain anything to me.
Health deserves transparency. So I state clearly here what is confirmed, and what I will add once it is. No fancy titles I cannot back up.
Want to know something that isn't here yet? Feel free to ask; I will tell you honestly what I can and cannot do for you.
Ask your questionOrthomolecular sounds vague to many people. To me it is exactly the opposite. It is about the substances your body needs to function well, and in which proportion. Your own biochemistry holds the answer to that.
That is why I don't start with assumptions. I start by looking. With a thorough intake and targeted lab testing we make visible what you cannot feel: how your digestion works, which nutrients fall short, where your system is out of balance. Only when those facts are on the table do we build a plan that is right.
Your gut is central to that plan. It has influence far beyond your belly, from your energy to your mood. And that is exactly where the biggest gain is, in a way that is noticeable and that you can keep up.
Your gut and your brain are in constant conversation. Through the vagus nerve, through hormones and through the trillions of micro-organisms in your gut: together that is called the gut-brain axis. Not an alternative theory, but a serious field of research.
“When you know what your body asks for, you no longer have to guess. Then you start building.”

My work revolves around two priorities. Together they make the difference between temporarily better and lastingly better.
You can only change something once you know what is going on. I help you understand what your gut and your biochemistry are telling you. From then on, you make choices based on insight.
The goal is not a short peak. It is a lasting improvement of your physical and mental energy and your quality of life, built up from the foundation and made to keep up.
Recovery doesn't ask for a rushed approach. I take time for your story, read your lab values carefully and translate the biochemistry into concrete steps that fit your day. Not a long list of forbidden things, but a direction you can genuinely keep up.
Start with the free gut check and see where your gain is. Or reach out for a free intro call, and we will look at what is going on together.
