    Personal intake

    We take the time for your story. About 60 minutes.

    We take our time and map out your complaints, your lifestyle, your diet, your sleep and your history in full. The details that get skipped elsewhere are exactly what tells us where things go out of balance.

  2. 02

    Deep insight through testing

    We test for the cause of your complaints, starting with what you already have.

    Do you already have blood results from your doctor, or data from a wearable? We use those first. Only when additional lab testing (blood, stool or saliva) truly adds something do we order it. That way we see what you cannot feel, without unnecessary costs.

    What you do You share what you already have; only where needed you do additional testing via a local blood draw or a home kit.

    Your personal plan

    You receive a concrete, doable plan for lifestyle, nutrition and supplements.

    Matched to your results and to your life. The steps fit your day and your budget, so you can keep them up. Everything is written down clearly.

    Lasting follow-up

    With regular check-ins we hold on to the result, also in the long run.

    Your body changes, so the plan moves with it. Where useful we measure again, so you see your progress in the numbers too. We adjust where needed and build on what works. The goal is a result that still stands a year from now.

What we measure, and why

Feeling a complaint is one thing; knowing where it comes from is another. That is why we work on results, not on assumptions, so every choice in your plan is based on something. Do you already have results from your doctor, or data from a wearable? We use those first. New testing is only ordered when it truly adds something: no tests just to be safe, no unnecessary costs.
